Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are only available for consultancy services that have not yet been rendered. Once a consultation session or service has been provided (e.g., home preparation guide or tailored breed matching report), a refund will not be granted.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date to be considered.

Non-Refundable Services

• Any services involving upfront work, such as personalized pet recommendations, home preparation consultations, or legal guidance, are non-refundable.
• Custom consultancy packages, once started, are not eligible for a refund.
